1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the melbed platform, including the website at melbed.net, the melbed mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who access the Platform without registering.

By accessing the melbed Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

melbed reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the melbed Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. melbed does not permit access to or use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 18, and we take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of melbed or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

melbed reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the melbed Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change, you must update your account promptly. melbed is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one melbed account. If melbed identifies that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. melbed will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact melbed support immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

melbed supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the melbed Platform:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your melbed account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours in the majority of cases. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit. melbed does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• melbed does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• melbed reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection on any individual player.

Any funds deposited into your melbed account that have not been used for betting may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

melbed offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are provided at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all melbed bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real money balance.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of this period will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• melbed reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void any bonus that has been claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific bonus terms.
• Players may only claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times, including through the use of multiple accounts, is a breach of these Terms.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the melbed Platform are provided by verified third-party game developers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any player action, bet size, timing, or external factor.

Each game on the melbed Platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. melbed is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game, the affected round will be voided and any bets placed during that round will be returned to the player's account. melbed's decision in relation to technical errors is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has commenced.
• melbed reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Players must not attempt to exploit any error, bug, or unintended feature in any game. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published and reflects the theoretical long-term return. Individual session results will vary significantly from the published RTP.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the melbed Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a way that is not through normal human use.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the melbed Platform without prior written permission.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

melbed reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including requests made through the self-exclusion programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, melbed reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the melbed support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

9 Responsible Gaming

melbed is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all melbed account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your melbed account. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the melbed Platform for a defined period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or deposit.

melbed uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. melbed does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the melbed Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any melbed trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, melbed's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your melbed account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

melbed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if melbed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

melbed does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. melbed will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but is not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

Nothing in these Terms limits melbed's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

melbed reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, melbed will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Your continued use of the melbed Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
